Naturally Splendid Enterprises ("Naturally Splendid") (TSX VENTURE:NSP)(NSPDF)(50N.F) announces that Full Spectrum Laboratories Limited ("FSL"), Boreal Technologies, Inc. ("Boreal"), Naturally Splendid USA Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Naturally Splendid, ("Naturally Splendid USA") and Naturally Splendid have agreed to extend the outside date for closing of the previously announced Novation Agreement (see news release dated November 20, 2014) to January 15, 2015. No other terms of the Novation Agreement have changed.
