This new patent was filed on January 12, 2014 by the inventors: Dr. Harvey Katz, the CEO of Earth Science Tech, Dr. Wei R. Chen, the assistant dean of the College of Mathematics and Science at the University of Central Oklahoma (UCO), and Dr. Feifan Zhou. On January 14, 2014 the inventors Dr. Harvey Katz, Dr. Wei Chen and Dr. Feifan Zhou assigned the Provisional Patent "Cannabidiol Compositions and Uses 2," Serial No. 62102538, to Earth Science Tech, Inc.
