ingredient. The Company also sells TopiCanna, a proprietary topical
medicinal cannabis cream. Many who have used topical cannabis creams

proprietary topical medicinal cannabis cream branded as TopiCanna.
TopiCanna contains cannabidiol (CBD) oil from non-GMO industrial hemp
that is grown without pesticides, herbicides, or chemical fertilizers.
The oil has been lab tested for quality and is natural, safe and legal
in the United States and in Japan, where Tauriga has a recently
announced MOU with Tokyo-based iFLOW Ltd. There are no psychoactive
effects associated with the CBD oil. Tauriga previously announced on
November 25, 2014 that the Company planned to launch its TopiCanna
product line within the next 60 days. TopiCanna's launch occurred well
within the projected timeline. TopiCanna will initially be sold directly
by Tauriga (interested parties may email inquiries to info@taurigasciences.com).
The Company plans to expand TopiCanna's sales and marketing efforts to
include online sales and distribution agreements, both domestically and
internationally.
